I am a father of two young children and having been out of studies for sometime, the thought of undertaking a Diploma of Management was very daunting but my fears were quickly put at ease when I meet my on-line trainer for the first time. I have been consulting in areas of business management for many years. Although I had served in numerous roles as a manger over the years I had never received formal management training. I learned about the Ashmark Institute of Australia from a friend who was considering doing the course. Formal qualifications are becoming increasingly more important in the workplace for acknowledgement and employment opportunity.

After tossing the idea around for a while, I decided that it would be a good idea to contact Ashmark and see if they could help me. When I finally contacted Ashmark, I was greeted by a very enthusiastic Jackson who was quick to determine my eligibility for the government funded program. Before I knew it Jackson had me enrolled and had me connected to “My Student Page” on the Ashmark Website. Joanne was fantastic and she took me through a comprehensive yet efficient assessment of my past work experience. To my delight I also qualified for recognition of prior learning because of evidence that I could provide from previous jobs and work experience.

Hi my name is Laura Whitewood and im currently doing a Diploma in Management through the Ashmark Institute of Australia. When first introduced to the course i was greeted from a well presentable young man who was helpful in my decision making. The enrolment process was outlined very well and also very understanding. While completing this Diploma i love and enjoy the fact that they offer online and on campus learning. Since i have started attending campus once a week with my teacher Joanne Panagopoulos she has helped me alot through her coaching and mentoring throughout this course. I have gained alot of knowledge,skills,ability and understanding through my one on one sessions with Joanne. I look forwards to what the future brings upon completing this diploma.
