The Ashmark Institute of Australia uses information collected only for the training services we provide. Staff and Student information is shared only with the State and Federal government authorities. These authorities include, but are not limited to The Commonwealth Department of Further Education, Employment, Science and Training (DEEWR), the Victorian Government Skills for Victoria.

Information may be disclosed to other government agencies/authorities without your consent as authorised and required by law. The AVETMISS Statistical Information collected in the enrolment form and during the course of enrolment for a student is required to be provided in accordance with the Victorian Student Statistical Collection Guidelines which are available at www.skills.vic.gov.au/corporate . This information may be used for purposes of planning, administration, policy development, program evaluation, communication, resource allocation, reporting and research activities.

If staff or client information is required by a third party (other than an employer who has authorised and paid fees for the training to be conducted), written consent will be sought from the relevant staff or client prior to release of any information. Should staff or clients seek access to their information to review and/or correct any information, we have a documented procedure, requiring authorisation before this can occur.
