Yoga

      A relaxing blend of meditation, gentle flowing yoga and soothing stretches. It’s the ideal way to transition yourself from quiet to busy and then back to quiet again. This course helps you begin each day feeling peaceful, open and centered. Your trainer calmly guides you through gentle yoga poses and simple athletic stretches. Designed to let your mind and body relax at the end of a hectic day, it will balance and revitalize your entire being.

Course Fee:$60 per 3 hrs, $144 per 8 hrs; $180 per 10 hrs; $360 per 20 hrs
