Front Desk/ Reception

     Master the basics of effective front reception operations and learn to succeed in a busy and demanding business environment. Emphasis will be placed on techniques required when communicating with clients either personally or on the telephone. Topics include: self-confidence, assertiveness and how to handle pressure, plus the functions of a general office and many other job skills. Assistance will be given with compiling resumes and job application letters.
